Staff service was good. Rooms were also decent. The room was on 3rd floor and the property did not have lift. Parents found it difficult to climb the stairs multiple times. Also location around was dirty and unhygienic due to road expansion work. I believe it will be resolved once road work is completed

Everything was top notch, staff, room, services and food facilities. Bathroom can improve

The property was clean and the rooms were spacious, yet the facilities fell short of expectations, the staff were not very helpful, and we had to carry our luggage up to the second floor by ourselves because no one assisted.
