The spot is solid—just off the interstate, easy in and out. But the room was beyond tired: everything was worn, paint peeling and dirty, furniture, beds, linens, towels all needing replacement. The carpet was the only floor covering—no shoes off, gross. The toilet, sink and shower were all filthy; I avoided the shower entirely. If it weren’t so late and I just needed sleep, I’d have left. Don’t book until a full renovation; the best word is “gross.”
