Its location was convenient for our emergency situation. While the owner clearly does her best to keep the rooms clean, there is ingrained black mould in the sealant around the bath and around the toilet. I do not believe that the curtains have been washed in many many years. The furniture is old and dowdy. The towels and bedding are a pale grey colour and look as if they're extremely old and worn. There were noisy children till about 10 o’clock at night. There were men talking outside our bedroom window also late at night. It’s advertised as “bed and breakfast” but there was no breakfast.

Nothing positive. The bathrooms are pretty outdated and smelly, the bedrooms are in poor condition, and I have no confidence in the cleanliness.

The location was good and there was off‑road parking, but the bathroom tiles were missing and had been patched with cardboard and a bath mat, the decor looked very old, the reception was cluttered with children’s toys, and the whole place had rotten window frames and tired furniture.

I slept well on the bed, but the room felt tight and the owner's family stuff was everywhere, and the reception doubled as a play area for their kids.
