The place was clean, comfortable and in a great neighbourhood. I had an A/C issue the first night, but the staff fixed it and moved me to a new room that was excellent.

The location, room and bathrooms were very nice and fully renovated. The area is awesome, and the staff were super professional and friendly. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect!

The staff were very friendly and polite, and the property sits in a safe part of Barcelona with many good restaurants and bars around. We stayed four nights and had to reuse the same towels.

I could leave my luggage at the hotel, but the heavy rain in Barcelona made my flight from Rome arrive only at dawn; I got soaked and the reception staff were rude, even asking if I was not coming after sending a message. Their attitude was bad.
