The camera was very pretty, the bathroom spacious, balcony with a small table and chairs, air conditioning and a TV. The downside was that it was just a single room, no kitchen at all, not even a chance to cook pasta. Even though the name says B&B, breakfast wasn’t included, nor was there a coffee machine or pre‑packed options. We didn’t notice this right away because the house is filled with personal items, so we assumed there was a kitchen or that something would be prepared for us. I mentioned it to the owner, who offered to give us breakfast at his bar‑bakery, but it was in Perugia, not in the historic centre. Kind offer, but inconvenient, especially for two mornings.

“Interessante .”

Mr Zappia was very helpful and friendly, giving us a lot of information about places to visit. The room was clean and quiet. I definitely recommend it.

“Ottimo soggiorno”

The place was truly charming. The apartment had everything and was very hospitable. Covered parking in the shade. Spotless cleanliness. I felt very comfortable. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Nothing to report.
