Everything was fine until the manager arrived—she was overtly racist, denied me service after I asked for the rule book, and tried to tack on extra charges that I had already paid online. I told her I’d been staying for several days before she even showed up, yet she still pushed those fees. The next day, when I attempted to add another night, she tried to cancel my reservation and even claimed she wouldn’t rent rooms to me. Customer service confirmed she had said that.

“Overall stay it was okay”

When we first checked in, the front‑desk lady was sweet and helpful, the only pleasant face in a place where everyone else seemed rude and uncommunicative. Our first room was roach‑infested and filthy, so I had to buy cleaning supplies to make it livable. The second room was a bit better with the AC working, but still dirty and roach‑free only after I cleaned it myself. The hotel needs to properly clean rooms, change sheets, vacuum hallways, and sweep the elevator, which was also grimy. The location is quiet, which is good, but the overall cleanliness is a major issue.
