Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The hotel’s location is great and the food was fine; the rooms weren’t cleaned properly and the floor was dirty; after complaining, no cleaning followed, but we were offered wine and snacks as compensation; in the hotel pool, I was rudely told not to let my little child run, even though it was normal; the parking price of 70 zloty per day is outrageous, especially when free spots are nearby outside peak season.

The hotel met all our expectations; breakfast and dinner were very good, and the buffet encouraged us to eat more; the staff were friendly and accommodating; the beach was exactly 100 m away as advertised, which is perfect; we didn’t swim in October because we were guests; the indoor pool was a highlight and still let us enjoy a swim; however, Booking should have warned us that parking directly at the hotel costs money, as transparency is nicer.

Everything was excellent: the staff were very nice, the food delicious, the room well equipped, and the wellness and spa area superb; the location was top; we had nothing to complain about and would gladly return; the only slight downside was the parking fee, but sometimes you have to bite the sour apple.
