I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Beach Hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The sea view restaurant was absolutely beautiful, making every meal even more enjoyable. What truly made my stay special was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. A special thank you to Mr. Hasitha, the manager, for his excellent leadership and genuine care for guests. His professionalism and kindness made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Palazzo Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway with exceptional service. I can't wait to visit again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious. The rooms were comfortable, the environment was clean and well‑maintained, and it offered excellent value for money.
