The owners were really friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. The room was only moderately clean; the coffee maker was dirty and I had to wash it before use, and there wasn’t enough coffee, though I didn’t ask for more. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged in, so it wasn’t cold. The bathroom was clean, but the floor wasn’t. The beds were clean but not very comfortable, and the pillows were old and hard, so a replacement would help.
“We wouldn't stay here again”
Our room was near the shared patio, and the motel sits right across from a Kwik Trip. The room itself was very stark and not cozy, and I had to ask for towels. There was no coffee available for the coffee maker.
“A comfortable motel”
The motel was small but the room was comfortable and relaxing, offering good value for the price. It’s located in a quiet area with easy access to Hwy 13. The only issue was that the directions from Hwy 60 should mention a left turn.
The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff even let us bring our dogs, which was great. They offered some outdoor seating, and the hotel’s location is close to many restaurants, stores, and a nice town.
