“Amazing place and comfy”
The staff were so helpful, and there was nothing I didn’t like.

The staff were great and the hotel is in Blackpool, but the beds were uncomfortable and a wall plug was hanging off, which felt unsafe with kids.

The accommodation was amazing. Nothing was lacking; everything was excellent.

The location was very good, but where do I even start? We checked in, the front desk and management were unhelpful, then at 3 o’clock we were told the rooms weren’t ready so to come back at 5 o’clock, still not ready. When we finally got in, a dog was distressed and barking all day and night. NEVER AGAIN.
“Never again!”
We were met with a very poor reception after arriving 6 minutes before check‑in, and then told about a load of fees, a doorbell that would ring after 9 pm if we had trouble getting in, and noise restrictions between 9 am‑7 pm – unreasonable for a family hotel. The keys were handed over, yet the rooms and the hotel itself were nothing like the photos, which seemed taken from another hotel or from years ago. I paid £90 for two nights, a discount from my Genius points, but if I hadn’t already paid I would have walked out and gone elsewhere; I wouldn’t have paid £20 a night, let alone £45. Very disappointing for me and my daughter; I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely everything was a let‑down.
