The rooms were clean and the location was very convenient for our work, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but it would have been nicer if they had disclosed the 3% credit card fee on top of the total that was shown; I was charged $50 for using the card.

There was no coffee maker, but there were a couple of places close by to grab coffee before the race; the bathtub had peeling paint, and the bathroom needed more towels if room service wasn’t completed.

The room was larger than a typical hotel room, neat and tidy, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and the staff were wonderful when we arrived, but the rooms need repair and renovations; bugs and cockroaches were evident, so an exterminator should be there biweekly until the bugs are gone.
