⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly special place, one of those spots that don’t just host you but leave something inside. From the first moment we felt a magical, authentic energy that’s hard to explain. The atmosphere is wonderful, but what makes this place truly unique are the people who live it and make it come alive. The staff are simply fantastic: kind, helpful, smiling, and always ready to make you feel at home. A special shout‑out goes to Oziel, the owner, an incredible person who showed us Tulum in a completely different way. We spent amazing evenings together, full of laughter, conversation, music, and moments we’ll carry with us. It’s rare to meet people who, in such a short time, become part of the most beautiful memories of a trip. Thanks Oziel and thanks to the whole staff for the welcome, the energy, and for turning our stay into something far more than a simple vacation. We felt at home, met special people, and left a piece of our hearts here. 🌴✨ If we return to Tulum, we already know where to go back. ❤️

Every morning I could see jungle animals right on my terrace: iguanas, raccoons, and coatis.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable, but the breakfast was awful—just toast with butter, jam, and a few fruits, and coffee was the only drink offered. The bed still had sand from a previous visitor (see the photos), there was no hair dryer, a weird odor lingered, and the room looked better in pictures than it actually did.

“I would not recommend it”

The location was convenient and parking was free, but the building was ugly, the staff did nothing to help, the room wasn’t cleaned on the first day, and a water‑pumping truck woke us up early one morning, so we had to leave.

“Top”

The spot was ideal—shops, restaurants, and beaches were all within walking distance—and the staff were very friendly. Even though the room lacked comfort, everything was very clean and the air‑conditioning worked well. However, there were no amenities like a mini‑fridge for water bottles or a closet for our belongings.
