“Our stay was OK we probably won’t be back.”

The restaurants served amazing food, the rooms were nice, and the air conditioning worked great. We couldn’t get into the ocean because of seaweed, which I know isn’t the resort’s fault—it’s just the area. The crowd was a bit rough, with fights at the bar, couples fighting in their rooms, and people breaking things while partying and smoking pot—none of that was my vibe. Nothing was done about the noise that bled from room to room. The pool activities were okay, but we’ve stayed at another resort that offers far more constant activities to keep guests busy.

The package amenities were courteous. The room felt a little outdated, and the restaurant staff were a bit rude.

It was my fourth visit to this resort, but the first time in a suite. The room was huge, very comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The food quality and variety were excellent, as were the drinks. There was a good mix of daytime and evening entertainment. I highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday.

The staff treatment was incredible; they stand out. There are a lot of older people. The food needs improvement, and there is no disco.

The location was good. The false promises made online versus the reality when you settle in were disappointing.
