The design and cleanliness were stunning, yet the location and food were somewhat disappointing.

Customer service was a strong point, with very friendly staff eager to help, but the room lacked a minibar and hooks for hanging clothes.

The staff were always welcoming, cheerful, and in sync with the place’s vibe, leaving me very satisfied; the only downside was that the room was too close to the bar, so the loud music and traffic made it noisy.
