“Disappointing and will not return”

The location is spot‑on, only eight minutes from the station and very central. Unfortunately, the lifts were out of order, forcing me to climb seven flights of stairs to reach my top‑floor room, which was a real hassle. The furnishings were drab, the bed uncomfortable, and the sheets were shiny and slippery.
