“Would never go back”
The location is fine, but my stay from July 31 to August 4 was ruined. I was told cleaning happens every other day, yet after returning from a wedding rehearsal on 8/2/26 I found items missing from my room. I checked every corner and knew they had been stolen, so I reported it to the front desk. The cleaning manager, Isabella, left a passive‑aggressive voicemail. I called corporate, who suggested I deal with local management. I forwarded the message to booking manager Tucker and informed him of the theft and Isabella’s response. He offered two nights free but didn’t mention reimbursement for the stolen items, even though I provided receipts. After no progress, I asked for the GM’s contact and was connected to Connor. On 8/20/26 he said he’d respond after I sent all details on 8/17/26, but over a week later, on 8/31/26, he told me nothing else would be done. He claimed the items were not on the list and that nothing was found in the cleaning staff’s lockers, even though the investigation happened almost a month after the theft was reported. The hotel said multiple people were in my room for training, reviewed cameras and locks, and saw nothing, but Isabella’s voicemail said cleaning was done and sheets were changed – possibly the thieves hid the items in the sheets before the camera view. I was denied access to the GM’s superiors and received no compensation for my stolen items.
