Great location, far from the bustle yet still close to the coast. Beautiful view and quiet; we were alone and had the entire accommodation to ourselves. Stefania always helped immediately whenever we had questions.

I stayed in a lovely spot on the hills above Salerno, where the peace and view were great. Everything needed was there and the reception was very friendly and hassle‑free, so I would recommend it overall. However, it isn’t a 4‑star hotel as described on booking; it’s more like an apartment. The kitchen has utensils but isn’t meant for cooking, and breakfast is quite basic with boxed items and no toiletries except shower gel. Getting into Salerno takes about 15 minutes by car.

Everything about this place was appealing – the house itself is beautiful and the scenery around it is stunning. We enjoyed complete privacy, which was fantastic. While we never met the main host face‑to‑face, her texts were friendly and she offered great local tips. Parking on site was very easy, and dogs are welcome. The host’s friend greeted us at arrival with a warm homemade apple cake, a pleasant surprise. Just remember that a car is required to reach this property.

The host replied quickly and the room and bed were large. We, four people, stayed for two nights and the host only provided one bottle of water on arrival, while the supermarket was far and we couldn’t buy more in time. On the first day the host made a cake for our second‑day breakfast, but by the third day there was nothing left to eat – just some biscuits, a bottle of milk, and a few yoghurts, all of which had to be shared with guests in another room. When we left, the host texted us to pay a €24 city fee, but I had seen on booking that it should be €18. She claimed the booking was wrong, yet after we had departed she said “okay.” Additionally, the bathroom had no toiletries; we had to bring our own toothbrush or fetch one from the downstairs kitchen, which was inconvenient.
