The location is great and the setting is clean and quiet. The room is comfortable. The receptionist was very kind and the café staff were nice. The air‑conditioner didn’t cool enough, the bathroom sink was tiny, and I found the breakfast time a bit late.

The service was good, but the room was old and uncomfortable, so overall it felt like a bad room.

The lodge looks beautiful and blends perfectly with nature, the pool is great, and the breakfast is a perfect 10; however, the front‑desk staff could be more proactive during check‑in, and a few minor preventive maintenance tasks would improve the property.
