Very good location, in the centre of Mai Châu, close to the market. The room is immaculate and has everything you need: kettle, hair dryer, and even a drain in the bathroom to get rid of shower water (first time in 25 hotels stayed in Vietnam). Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. In short, excellent value for money. The staff were somewhat “cold” at check‑out for no particular reason, which unfortunately spoiled our impression of the hotel a bit.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The hotel is well located. I could not find a better hotel in town. Staff is very welcoming as well

The location is just steps from the main street with its market. You can walk through the rice paddies and nearby villages. The manager is extraordinary with his kindness and the answers he gives to your questions. For example you find a bus for the next part of the trip. And besides, he does not have to accept my reservation date change. Nothing, I recommend
