The staff were genuinely nice, but the room was unclean, the pull‑out mattress was gross, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the blankets seemed unwashed; the price was too high for what we received.

The breakfast was decent, not up to Marriott standards but acceptable. The room service was awful; we never got any service during our nights, and the lobby and our room were dirty with stains on the couch. The night staff at the front desk were unfriendly and need a better attitude.
