The spot is great, right by Lake Garda and only a 15‑minute walk to the historic centre. The balcony faces the lake and the on‑site parking is convenient. There’s a pool and they hand out bath towels. Breakfast was decent but fruit choices were limited. The TV isn’t smart. The stairs make it a bit hard to haul luggage up to the room. What annoyed us most was the check‑out time mismatch: the hotel said 10 am, but the cleaner asked us to leave in five minutes.

A charming little place with a lake view and street access to the beach. The Italian‑style breakfast is impressive, offering 5 kinds of rolls, various spreads, croissants, fresh fruit and vegetables. The room’s balcony overlooks the lake and the opposite mountains, including Limone. There’s a heated pool and whirlpool. The hotel is very dog‑friendly; the resident dog Perla is adorable. A short walk along the lake gets you to Malcesine quickly. Parking is right outside the hotel. The new bathroom comes with a rain shower. Occasionally the toilet drains had a mild odor, and once the hot water stopped working, but those were minor issues.

I recommend it – the lady was very friendly and polite, breakfast was great, the views are beautiful, the conditions are excellent, the driveway is narrow but there’s a safe spot for parking.

The friendliness was fantastic, the view was wonderful. The only downside was that the elevator wasn’t visible.

The hotel is very cute, looks newly renovated, with a panoramic lake view. We had a room on the side of the hotel with a nice terrace overlooking the lake. Breakfast was good, the bed comfortable, the modern bathroom is very nice. Everything was fine.
