The cleaning was good. Arriving at 22:00, it was cold and the hotel was full. When I tried to shower, the shower was broken—probably a burnt-out heater—so I had to take a cold shower, which was awful. The renovations were great, but the acoustic insulation was poor, making it hard to sleep with other guests snoring. Also, some hotels don’t provide the top sheet for the bed, which I don’t understand.
