The team was lovely, and I haven't had such great food in a long time! The stay was a complete success. Special thanks to Monika and Rebecca for fantastic service all evening – their service is truly top class. The dreamy lakeside location makes everything perfect. We enjoyed our time and will definitely return soon. Warm regards from Thun, Rolf Bachmann.

I was wowed by the room’s sparkling view and the crystal‑clear lake we swam in every day; everything was great, just as I expected for Switzerland, even though it’s pricey.

The terrace and room offered a nice view, but the beds were the worst I’ve ever slept in at a hotel—matrices sunk into a pit, springs hopelessly worn, reminding me of my grandma’s 86‑year‑old bunk.

The welcome was flawless, the food superb, and the bedding extremely comfortable—nothing to add.

The location is simply amazing, and having breakfast right in the water feels magical; the rooms are excellent and the bedding very cozy, though you really need to book early for a summer weekend.
