“Great room and location”
The spot is spot on, and the room and bath are just the right size.

The rooms were spotless, came with a walk‑in shower and coffee‑and‑tea making facilities, and the spot was great with bus routes and the St John’s Wood subway station nearby; the neighbourhood itself is lovely, full of grocery stores, laundries, restaurants and coffee shops. The stairs are steep, but you can manage them.

The place is well located and the room layout and self‑check‑in worked nicely. The mattress was ridiculously thin and worn, offering zero support and making me worry about my back. The shared areas need a refresh, the shower didn’t drain, and the bin was broken.

The location is good, and the room and bath are large. It’s noisy because it sits over a pub; the lockbox for access didn’t give me a code, so I had to go to the pub to get the code and keys. There’s no lift and the bedside lamps have no bulbs.

The spot is decent. The main door was left open, the hall and stairs were disgusting, the mattress was beyond worn out, the bedroom carpet was filthy, the air‑con and TV were not working and there was no intention to fix them, and there were pubes in the shower.
