The lodge is beautiful, the surrounding plants are charming and the staff are very attentive, and the breakfast is also great. I booked a room with a hot tub, but it had mold, the water didn’t heat, and the shower was electric with two taps that made no sense because the temperature was controlled by the shower itself; the cold water was freezing and the hot water, in an electric shower, was scalding (there was no way to “temper” the water and the summer mode didn’t work). Moreover, the hot tub was below the shower, so I felt the price of the day with a hot tub was not worth it; the rate on Booking is very high, but speaking directly with them is cheaper.
