The property is family‑owned, located away from the main town, a peaceful haven with wonderful staff. Absolutely nothing.

The family were very welcoming and helpful, they arranged transport and organized a safari, the pool was an absolute delight, the food was amazing, breakfast was excellent, and don’t miss the roti; we liked everything and strongly recommend staying here.

A clean, spacious room with a view of Sigiriya, and a lovely pool. Dinner prices are always affordable, though a bit higher than other places we've stayed in Sri Lanka.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the pool nice, the location convenient and the little restaurant right across the street was handy; when I pointed out stained sheets and mosquitoes in the room, they promptly swapped the linens and supplied two anti‑mosquito devices. The only downside was the occasional stained bedding and the presence of mosquitoes caused by the non‑sealed wooden doors.
