The room was quite old, far from the lobby, and I had to climb stairs to reach it; there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the balcony door didn’t open. The place is called “Paan Hin” but the old name was changed, which confused me.

The service was excellent and the staff were friendly.

The staff and breakfast were very good, but the room still had a bad smell even after I was upgraded to a different room type.
