They were absent when needed and there was no phone available. Because of the AC problem, my dad’s health worsened—he’s diabetic—and the host promised it would be fixed in half an hour twice, yet it never functioned.

Nothing good. The owner demanded an extra 20 € beyond the listed price, was rude and dishonest, and the room was dirty. The next day I left early because I felt uncomfortable in that awful environment.
