I was conned into buying the same room twice. They sent me a last‑minute email saying I hadn’t paid and got my room after I had already paid long ago. The hotel found out and kindly stopped the second payment from their side, but they’re not refunding the second payment! They’re not giving it to the hotel either, just keeping it.
