Everything was clean, the spot is convenient, and the staff from the front desk to room service were friendly. A plain hot water dispenser is readily available in the lobby and corridor. It’s within walking distance to Alun Alun Kejaksan and At Taqwa Grand Mosque, and Cirebon Station is also nearby for our train to Jakarta. No complaints.

The rooms were extremely dirty, the linens were filthy, hair clumps lay on the floor, and many ants roamed around. The bathroom was also very unclean. We checked out immediately. The ratings don’t match our experience.
