The place was very clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning and fans, fast unlimited Wi‑Fi, a spacious living area that had a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything needed for cooking.

Honestly, this place is an absolute hidden gem. It’s heaps spacious too. We had plenty of room and it could easily fit a crew of 10 mates comfortably without feeling cramped at all. With the Sri Lankan humidity sitting at over 30 degrees, finding a budget-friendly spot with a proper, icy-cold AC is pretty much unheard of because of the power costs. But these legends have it sorted! It’s tucked away right in the mangroves, giving it a wicked, peaceful nature vibe. It's just a quick 5-minute tuk-tuk cruise down to the sand, and they’ve got cheap pushbikes available if you fancy a ride. The entire setup living areas, work spaces, and bathrooms is spotlessly clean. Best bit? The sister property next door has a sweet pool and breakfast you can access for literally pocket change. If you want a chill, spacious base for a group that won't break the bank, this is it!

I found this to be the ideal budget stay that still offered premium facilities. The value was amazing because AC was included at a price that is super rare for budget accommodations in SL. The location in a beautiful mangrove area gave it a unique vibe, and the beach is 2.5 km away, but cheap tuk‑tuks and bicycles are easily available. The living area, workspace, washing area, and bathrooms were very clean. For a tiny extra fee you could use the swimming pool and have breakfast at the villa next door. The atmosphere was extremely calm, quiet, and peaceful.

I was blown away by the villa's cleanliness and comfort - the beds were super comfy and the AC worked like a charm. But what really got my goat was the location, which was way further from the beach than I thought it'd be. I mean, I was expecting a quick stroll to the shore, but it turned out to be a 35-minute walk. Not exactly what I signed up for.
