The room was very comfortable and spacious with a large shower, the hosts made us feel at home and let our group of 11 order pizzas and eat on the terrace, and the community piazza was within walking distance; I highly recommend it, and everything was perfect.

The building feels old but really charming, the rooms are comfortable, and breakfast covers all the basics, including gluten‑free options and both healthy and indulgent choices. The host was very kind. The “Siena” room was perfect—super cozy, with a jacuzzi and a massage bed that I didn’t expect to find, so that was a nice surprise. Parking is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the B&B, which sits right in Foiana’s center. The village is about 1 h from Siena and a half‑hour from Arezzo, so you’ll need a car if you want to go farther; we went to a wedding in Betolle and the location was ideal. The main road facing the B&B gets a bit busy at night, but I had no trouble.
