“Best hotel if you need to be close to the airport in Almaty”

Excellent hotel close to the airport; the only downside was my very early flight, which prevented me from enjoying more of the abundant facilities. The room was so spacious and comfortable that I chose to stay there for the entire visit. Perhaps a Kazakh custom, but I was surprised that room‑service meals couldn't be charged to my room bill; instead I had to pay before eating, something I’ve never encountered elsewhere.

“Spa and ammenities don’t exist yet!”

Clean, new, modern, and well‑designed. The spa and amenities are still under construction and not open at all, yet the hotel advertises them—this is misleading.

Reception and cleanliness were good. The hotel’s location is close to the airport for travelers, but far from markets, tourist, and commercial complexes.

“We regret booking out stay, at start when we checked in they said they will be shortly sending a complimentary food bask”

I’m deeply thankful to the founders and the whole crew at Radisson Blu Almaty for crafting such a gorgeous place of care and hospitality. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, the food tasty, and the spa truly professional—yet what mattered most was the warmth, attentiveness, and kindness shown whenever I asked something. A special shout‑out to Eraly, Damira and Timur for their sincere help and for making everything I needed so easy and smooth. May this venue keep bringing joy, comfort, and inspiration to everyone who walks through its doors, and may the generosity you share with guests return to each of you many times over.
