The room was clean. We chose this hotel solely for its closeness to the airport, expecting a pampering experience at a 4‑star property before our trip. The stay didn’t live up to those expectations. Having stayed at other 4‑star hotels before, I can confirm this one falls behind. It’s not just the facilities; the staff’s attitude was lacking. They should make you feel welcome, but we didn’t feel that. In the morning at breakfast, I saw a family with a baby who wasn’t offered a baby chair; they had to set it up themselves. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom was so small that opening the door hit the shower, and the walls were thin enough that I could hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. I’ll never choose Ramada again; I’ll put my money, time, and experience into a proper 4‑star hotel brand.

The airport hotel has decent facilities, free parking that’s very convenient for heading to the airport, and a good restaurant. The only drawback is its location, which is a downside when you’re looking for an airport hotel.
