Only the window can’t be opened… it’s sealed tight. One key only… if someone wants to go out the others are already sleeping… you can’t sneak out 😅. Have spare keys on standby if needed or ask about it.

Everything was fine, but I didn't like the hotel or the staff there. I was unhappy with the service, so I booked a different room and found other options; the photos look nice, but many aspects were unsatisfactory, and the hotel staff's service was disappointing. Also, the payment didn't match what was promised.

The location is great—close to banks, Melawati Mall, the national zoo, clinics, pharmacies, and restaurants. The room isn’t too small and has enough space for prayers, plus they provide a prayer mat. If you need drinking water, just ask the receptionist. The receptionists are very helpful.

The staff weren’t well trained, there was no mineral water in the room, and the room price isn’t worth it.
