The place was clean, convenient, and overall great; Marina at the front desk was a wonderful concierge.

Everything was spotless, and the bar, café, and pool were all nice; I liked everything.

We had to change rooms because the original door wouldn't lock, which was fine; the AC in the new room wouldn't shut off, so it got so cold that everyone woke up with sore throats; when I booked, the hotel advertised complimentary breakfast, but the front‑desk lady told me otherwise—she was mean when I asked for her name, which was embarrassing. Please read the note I wrote in the wrong box.
