The evening fountain festival with wine outside the building was nice. The wardrobe door in one room kept opening on its own, the pillows were only average, and I still haven’t received an invoice or receipt.

The hostess was very friendly and explained everything you need. There’s a fridge in the lobby with cold beer for €1. The street where the hotel sits feels like a scene from a fairy tale. The church bell rings at 6 am and then every 15 minutes, and there’s nothing you can do about it, so free earplugs are available in the lobby.

I was extremely happy with the very friendly, welcoming staff in this family‑run timber‑framed house, which is beautifully furnished and makes you feel right at home.
