“I frequently stay at this property and the staff is accommodating as I may check in at 3am due to my work hours.”

The location was super handy, just a short walk from my office.

The room was spotless and in good shape, but the mattresses were so stiff that I couldn't get any decent sleep; it was probably the worst night I’ve ever had.

“Roaches in the hotel, & manager on duty Vick said compensation will be given”

There were no elevators inside the hotel, and the only exits were outside the building; the breakfast area was also not clean.
