It’s close to the shore, and the floor level was good thanks.

The location is great, but the place really needs an overhaul: walls and doors have rotting, chipped trims; the toilet keeps leaking and I had to press the flush button several times; there are no power outlets or USB ports by the beds; the pillows are all lumpy and need replacing; the towels feel old, thin, hard, and crusty; the sheets have a grey tinge.

There is plenty of space to move around, but the reverse cycle heating didn’t work, so it was very cold and I had to use a very small heater; the water pressure in the shower was also not great.
