The location is great and the property is beautiful.
The proximity to the Duomo was a plus, but the lights were too dim and there were steps in the room.
“Lovely centrally located room with extras. Friendly and helpful staff”
The spot near the piazza and local markets was fabulous, and there were lovely restaurants about a 10‑minute walk away. The only downside was the pub/cafe below the hotel, which was poor all round. Pasha, the restaurant under the hotel, had terrible food, disgusting toilets, and the staff’s attitude and cleanliness were lacking, but that’s not the hotel’s fault; the hotel itself was lovely, especially the whirlpool.
Everything was perfect. Nothing to mention, everything was impeccable.
Everything was perfect! The location was ideal, and the room was truly luxurious with modern design.
