The spot is great, and the roof terrace was a highlight, though it got a bit noisy; still, I'd come back.

NERJA‑CENTRO‑JACUZZI‑MIRADOR DE LA ERMITA offers a terrace with city views, free Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioned rooms, private bathrooms and walk‑in showers. Guests enjoy a hot‑tub, lift, kitchenette, sofa bed, microwave and kitchenware. Situated in Nerja’s centre, it lies 600 m from Calahonda Beach, 400 m from the Balcony of Europe, and 67 km from Malaga Airport. Highly praised for cleanliness and location.

The room is small but fully equipped, super convenient in the center (4 min walk). The new building is clean, and there are two rooftop jacuzzis that are always handy. We were handed a bottle of water, a Coke, and a bottle of wine on arrival, and the room was cleaned daily. Nerja’s center buzzes with life and decent food everywhere, and the beach is a short walk away. The only suggestion: a coat rack would be appreciated since there’s a wardrobe.

The bedding is comfortable, the room very clean, and the location is convenient near the sea and shops. Drinks are complimentary. Nice. The value for money is decent because I found a last‑minute room, but if you book earlier you can get better apartments at the same price by the sea. The room is very small, lacking a storage spot and an alternative place to sit besides the bed. There’s no balcony, it’s very noisy, polluted, and smells of cigarette—unknown source—making it suffocating and hard to ventilate. The reception is extremely cold regardless of who is at the desk; I met three people over five days, all unpleasant, except the cleaning lady. The jacuzzi seems abandoned but works; you have to find the button yourself, and the water is cold. There are lounge chairs but no towels or mattresses, so they’re not inviting. On departure day it was extremely unpleasant, always poorly received by a bakery staff member who came without a smile, clearly annoyed by the duty of attending hotel guests. I mentioned that the bedside lamp next to my head had started smoking and was dangerous, but she seemed uninterested.

The hot tub on the roof and the location are great, but the room is very small with limited space to unpack. The staff were friendly, yet they were often busy at the bakery when we asked a question, and we had to request the cleaning of our coffee glasses after two days.

We needed a fridge, but it didn’t work, and there was no parking.
