I was really impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room, but unfortunately, the outdoor hot spring was out of order, which was quite disappointing. The front desk staff could have provided more information about the hotel's amenities and services.

The hotel's exterior resembles a castle, and the lobby is grand and luxurious, with a spacious room that exceeded my expectations. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the hotel seems to cater mainly to golf enthusiasts, resulting in a lack of staff and services, which was quite unfortunate.
