Rawayana West Villas & Kids Park

The location and facilities are great for kids, and the staff are lovely and really good with children. We’re within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, and the on‑site restaurant is also good. The towel animals on the beds are clever. The van didn’t arrive at the airport to greet us and we had trouble contacting them, but it was eventually sorted; it would have been better not to wait at the airport. The pool area on the villa was very slippery; my granddaughters slipped a few times, but they said next time they would put slip mats down.

The villas are cozy, the pool is clean, and the grounds are green and tidy. There’s a nice kids’ club and plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. The location is excellent, massages are close by, the area is quiet, and the beach is beautiful though not ideal for swimming. Everything works and the villa has all the amenities. The staff are helpful.

We had an excellent stay at Rawayana West Villas & Kids Park — a fantastic option for families. The villa was spacious, clean, and very well equipped, with a great private pool that we used every day. The kitchen had everything we needed, and daily housekeeping kept everything in perfect condition. The staff were consistently friendly and responsive, which really added to the overall experience. The real highlight is the kids park. The water park, indoor and outdoor play areas, and variety of activities meant the kids were constantly entertained. It genuinely makes the stay much more relaxing for parents and is a huge differentiator compared to other villas in Thailand. The location in Rawai is also very convenient, with restaurants, shops, and massage options within easy reach. Do note that the nearby beach isn’t ideal for swimming, but better beaches like Nai Harn are just a short drive away. If you like to be able to walk to a swimming beach then Rawai is probably not the location for you

The villa is spacious, the staff are amazing and pleasant. They helped us with all our heart when our flight was cancelled, the kids club is a dream, and there’s also a small water park. A few minutes’ walk and we’re on the main road, a quiet family area. Cleanliness is above expectations, with a team of several people. Everything is simply great! Mosquitoes! There is a mosquito problem; the staff sprayed twice (we were there for two weeks) and provided electric measures.
