The room was comfortable, well insulated, and the staff were very welcoming; everything was fine except the air‑conditioner made too much noise.

Excellent stay! The room was gorgeous, exactly as shown in the photos, everything was spotless and well maintained, and the wellness amenities, especially the sauna and hammam, were fully functional and very enjoyable—highly recommended.

The spot is close to the main train station, but the communication was poor, the room felt hotter inside than outside, the AC was weak, there’s no elevator so lugging luggage is tough, and the bed was way too soft.
