The hotel’s location was spot‑on, but the towels left a bit to be desired.
Pui was very friendly and helpful, making the stay lovely.

The place sits in a great spot, taxis are cheap and everything is close by. The rooms were tidy and the AC worked well. There’s a small area at the entrance with a microwave where you can heat tea or coffee. The front‑desk lady was amazing and explained everything nicely. Everything was fine overall; it might look a little run‑down, but it was still great. We were two young women who found the price perfect, and the people in Chiang Mai were wonderful, so the hotel was definitely solid.

The location was truly excellent (old town, park, and airport nearby). Curtains were a nice touch. Good value for money. The mattress was very firm, yet we still slept well.
