“Horrible ne correspond pas à la description sur booking j’ai l’impression de m’être fait abusée.”
The tea, coffee, pain au chocolat, croissant, butter, and a jar of jam were very simple. There was no street number on the terrace, the garden was non‑existent, and the renovation work on the bathrooms was unfinished. Check‑in was at 19h instead of 17h. The room was not as described (the Terracotta room, warm, modern décor on the first floor) but turned into a friends’ room on the ground floor with a shower but no sink; the lighting consisted of a single bulb on a wire. The bedding was new but of low quality: a slatted frame, a 10 cm thick foam mattress, a fitted sheet, and a synthetic duvet without a cover. We were asked if we had brought our own towels and sponges; when we said no, they provided the necessary items. I did not enjoy having to climb to the shared bathroom on the upper floor to brush my teeth.
