The location, quiet, and cleanliness were great. The breakfast didn’t live up to the Ibis standard.

What I liked most was the overall staff treatment, the very good breakfast, the room’s size and comfort, the impeccable location, the beautiful neighborhood, and being only four stops from the Arc de Triomphe on the subway. I had to think a lot, everything was really impeccable, I would have liked to try the PB rooms.

You couldn’t control the room temperature. The AC/heating wasn’t connected. Two of the three shampoo/soap bottles were empty, and there was only one extra pillow instead of the usual two.

I was happy to find the hotel close to my appointment, but the breakfast was disappointing – the eggs were overcooked, the pastries were mediocre, and the room felt impersonal.
