This is a nice place but isn’t a hotel and shouldn’t be advertised or priced as such; it’s essentially a room (with personal shower/toilet) in the owner’s house. The owner was super nice and accommodating, and the location is great. The room is big enough. That being said, the room was not clean (a stinking mini fridge, probably filled with mold, some stains on the bed sheets, a hole in the blanket, and generally not very clean). There was also no cleaning of the room (I stayed for the weeks). Privacy is also limited as this is a room in a house and all walls are very thin so you also hear other rooms clearly. It would have been fine if advertised as a room in Airbnb or for a price point that is appropriate for a hostel, but I paid around $400/night for a two week stay which is a range fitting for at least a standard hotel. This might still be a good option for longer stays with a price coordinated with the owners, rather than as a hotel booking.
