“Great staff and convenient location”

The staff were very nice and accommodating, we stayed in the Garden Suite, and it was great to receive Mascal in the room along with water and fruit; the bed was big and the staff helped us park behind a locked gate, plus the central location lets you walk anywhere in town. However, the room isn’t as secluded as described—it’s right in front of the bar area, and although the bar was quiet, the patio is basically on the bar patio and right by the restaurant, so a morning coffee in pajamas on the patio is visible to everyone; there’s no fridge in the room, and it’s a bit noisy in the mornings when the restaurant opens.

“Convenient for an overnight stay”

The spot was super convenient and the building looked stunning, but the breakfast felt a bit underwhelming and the restaurant room didn’t feel very welcoming.

The location was solid, the garden and pool were tidy, and the bed was comfy. However, breakfast was subpar—fruit and sugar bowls stayed empty, toast wasn’t offered, and other guests seemed unhappy too. The room never got cleaned or restocked while we were there; a milk container was already half empty from the previous guest. The safe couldn’t lock, some bulbs were dead, and the tap was loose. We had to shout for service at the bar because no staff were around.
