The staff really tried hard to help—thank you. We chose this place because of the late check‑in, but unfortunately we didn’t get the comfort we expected. The room on the first floor had mold on half a wall, which they tried to cover up, and the damp smell was masked with air fresheners—this aggravated my allergy and made me sick! The doorbell is loud, and guests talk loudly. The price is unjustified! The faucet drips a thin stream and everything runs off. The pool looks full in the photo, but in reality it’s tiny.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The breakfasts and room comfort were good. The road and airplane noise were loud. We had our rooms on the ground floor, so the street traffic and people passing through the riad made it noisy.

“I really loved my room on the rooftop and everyone was kind and helpful.”

A charming little riad, friendly staff, clean. Breakfast included a tiny shot glass of fruit and a lot of different breads with homemade jams. I felt safe walking through the Kasbah, even at night. Even though it is at the furthest end. My shower was blocked completely, and never unblocked after asking. There is no pool. The photo they display is very misleading as it’s really more of a big bathtub. You must order dinner in the morning if you want it.

The quality of the riad, the staff Karim and Kamila from the hammam, and the room overlooking the rooftop terrace were excellent. Nothing to add.
